Implementation of your plan ensuring business operations continue with minimal disruptions to workflows. Scheduling for times best suited for the type of deployment and project success.
Monitor and Review
Establishing metrics and reporting to allow for scheduled assessment and maintenance for the duration. During this time, updates to the overall scope can be changed to align with the changes with your organization. After successful implementation, certain changes requires End User Education and/or Documentation. Additional review period will assist in improvements and optimization.
